Bathroom Remodeling in Fort Lauderdale, FL

I Am a Plumber & Remodeler, LLC handles bathroom remodeling for homeowners in Fort Lauderdale and across Broward County. Whether you need a single fixture swapped out or a full gut renovation, our team manages the design, the plumbing and the finishing work from one point of contact, so you are not coordinating separate contractors.

What a Bathroom Remodel With Us Looks Like

• Consultation and design: We walk the space with you, talk through layout, fixtures and budget, and agree on a plan before any work starts.
• Demolition and prep: Old tile, fixtures and cabinetry come out cleanly, and the space is prepped and protected for construction.
• Plumbing and fixture work: New tubs, showers, toilets, sinks and faucets are set and connected by our plumbing team, with attention to proper drainage and water pressure.
• Finishing touches: Cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting and accessories go in last, so the room is ready to use the day we finish.

What to Expect as a Customer

You get a clear plan before demolition starts, a crew that keeps the jobsite clean, and a point of contact if anything comes up mid-project. We work on both the plumbing and the construction side of a bathroom remodel, so a change in one does not mean waiting on a second contractor.

Many bathroom remodels turn up an older leak, a slow drain or outdated supply lines once walls and fixtures come out. Because we also run water leak detection, drain unclogging and hydrojetting services, we can address those issues during the same job instead of referring you out.
